- Developed algorithms to measure and pin-point root casues for low inventory accuracy using RFID data. These proved to be important features in an ML model aimed to facilitate accurate inventory adjustments, resulting in a 5% uplift in inventory accuracy and +$24M incremental sales benefit.
- Built an automated email alerting tool based on these metrics to assist operations support teams in resolving stores' issues related to inventory accuracy. Results of A/B testing indicated a further 0.5% increase in IA, equivalent to $3M annually.
- Developed algortihms to track all back-of-house to shop floor replenishments and measure on-shelf availability, consequently exposing a $12M opportunity to eliminate lost sales.
- Lead a project aimed at validating opportunities and enhancements to the digital replenishment process, providing all analytical support. In particular, built a model to estimate sales uplift, at $15M, and a prototype for product-wise prioritised replenishment.
